Refund policy

30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Condition for Return: To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the device has been used on a pet due to sanitary regulations.

Damaged or Defective: If the item arrives broken or not working, please email us at support@petsjoyco.com with a photo/video, and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Free Gift: If you received a Free with a bundle, the gift must also be returned unused if you are requesting a full refund for the order.
